The best thing about them using there own software is that there tournaments and players aren’t shared between a network. They can also make upgrades to the system whenever they want and they are usually the first poker room to implement the next big thing. Recently the craze has been mixed poker games and Poker Stars has already established a nice selection of them on there software suite. With as much player traffic that Poker Stars receives though you may experience connection problems while playing during busy hours.
